The Iowa Brewers Guild's 7th annual Iowa Craft Brew Festival will be held on Saturday, June 17, from 1-5 p.m. in the 200 block of East 3rd Street in downtown Des Moines.
One of the flagship events of Des Moines Beer Week, this year's fest will feature over 50 Iowa breweries, along with a host of regional and national craft breweries. Participating breweries will be pouring unlimited beer tastes of approximately 300 beers, including a variety of limited release brews.
In addition to an array of outstanding beers, the ICBF will feature food from Ceviche Bar, Iowa Taproom, Molly's Cupcakes, Melts without Borders, Over the Top, and Forefathers Bacon; and, for goodness sakes--we'll even have an app for you to download soon (stay tuned)!
A limited number of VIP pass holders get exclusive early access into the festival to beat the crowds from 1-2 p.m., as well as a special tasting glass. General admission ticket holders can enter the festival grounds at 2 p.m. Designated driver tickets are available for $5.
This event will sell out—no day-of tickets will be available.
An ICBF Warm-Up Party will take place at Confluence Brewing Company on Friday, June 16, at 8 p.m. The Warm-Up Party will be attended by a number of the festival’s participating brewers, and the public is invited to join in the revelry.
